Memorial Day Weekend

This Memorial Day we spent our weekend at the lake as usual. We also spent the weekend celebrating my brother-in-law, Paul's birthday. It was lots of fun! Thought I would share some pictures!

On Memorial Day we went back over to Nonny and Pop Pop's house for a day of fun. They got a new water trampoline and the kids and "big kids" had lots of fun playing on it. Here is Luke trying it out! And Ryan's Aunt Joni is in the back trying out the paddle boat!

May Wee Get Together

In the month of May we went to the George Ranch Historical Park in Rosenberg, TX. I have passed it many times going to Sugar Land and I have always wanted to go there. It really is a beautiful place. And if you like history and like being outside, you will love it!
Here are all the kiddos with the "dirty pirate".
I think he was suppose to be a pioneer man of some sort,
but sure looked like a pirate to us!

My friends Wendy (with Lillian) and Kelli (with Bo)
All the kids having a blast on the tractor ride.
(Serenity is in the back there with Reese)

They kept warning us that there were lots of alligators,
and they were right. There were quite a few in the water.

The George Ranch historical home.
It is beautiful from the outside, but we were nicely told to
please not take our kiddos in there. Lots of really old
breakable things!!! So we just admired it from the
outside and decided to make a trip back one day with out the kids.

Checking out the alligators!

Afterwards we headed to Sugar Land to get some ice cream!
It was a fun way to end our day!
Can't wait until our next get together!

Disney on Ice

We took the kids to see Disney on Ice last month. My Mom had gotten free tickets through her work and gave them to us. We are taking a huge family trip this summer to Disney World with my parents, sister and brother-in-law and their kids and my brother-in-law's family. So, the kids were very excited to get a glimpse of what they might see this summer. It was such a fun night!

Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Daisey

Eli's face looked like this the entire time.
He was literally on the edge of his seat!

Tinkerbell! You would have thought a rock star came out. All of the little kids went wild screaming (including mine). She even had real fairy dust!

Eli was especially excited to see Capt. Hook.
He always loves the villains!

And here is the croc that ate Capt. Hook. It was suppose to be funny, but Eli started to cry, because he was afraid that Capt. Hook would not get to go home to his family that night. So tender hearted! The kids just had such a great time!

Strawberry Patch

Awhile back Eli's class went on a field trip to the strawberry patch. It was lots of fun and the strawberries were delicious! Here are some pictures from the day!
